• The watch will need to be returned with all contents originally sold with it, and inspected first for verification that it is the same watch as originally sold, before a refund would be provided.
• Should the watch returned be determined to not be the same as the watch sold, this contract is null and void.
• ViperWatches provides a 30 day warranty on parts & labor if the watch should have any issue internally from normal wear. It does not cover polishing or damages caused from abnormal use, such as dropping the watch.
